Superintendent

Summit Design + Build is actively seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team in Seagrove Beach, FL . This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-quality project in a scenic coastal community, while contributing to our continued success in multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial construction.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects proceed according to schedule, budget, quality standards, and contractual obligations. Coordinate with subcontractors, manage materials and equipment, and enforce job site safety and quality control. Conduct regular inspections, manage schedules, and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during construction. Engage in project meetings and communication with the project team, subcontractors, and clients, maintaining professional standards and company representation.

Qualifications:

A proven track record of construction supervision with a minimum of 5+ years of commercial construction experience. In-depth knowledge of construction technology, equipment, methods, and safety regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and familiarity with construction management software like Procore. A high school diploma is required; additional education in construction management or a related field is a plus. Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a significant plus. Salary Range:

$100k - $145k per year, depending on experience and qualifications. N.B.: Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
