Job Description

Construction Supervisor Zephyr Homes, LLC is looking for a Construction Supervisor for the daily execution of our home construction projects. This position supervises and coordinates all phases of site activities for the projects including safety, planning, and scheduling field subcontractors as required to successfully complete projects on schedule and within budget.
Key Requirements:
A positive attitude and willingness to coordinate field work with subcontractors Excellent communications skills, superior organization, and detail oriented Minimum of 2-5 years experience in general construction, residential construction a plus Experience in supervising construction projects and maintaining construction schedules The ability to set priorities and exercise flexibility where necessary Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents Understanding of proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards Must have proficiency with computerized scheduling Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
Responsibilities:
Monitoring performance and scheduling of sub-contractors Confirmation of schedule items with subcontractors, anticipate schedule delays and problem solve issues in the field Continual updates with scheduling program with onsite daily logs Maintaining construction and inspection schedules Maintaining a safe, secure and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety codes Compensation range is based on experience
