As a Field Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating on-site operations. To be successful in this position you'll need to have strong customer service and leadership skills, as well as 2+ years in a similar role. Responsibilities Facilitate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to personnel, supply, delivery, and weather Delegate projects and individual responsibilities to crew members and contractors Act as a manager to employees and contractors, while also providing mentorship and training Assist in the recruitment of various positions in the production department Provide adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules and deadlines, laws, regulations, best practices on the job, and safety needs Generate and manage project budgets and quality standards for all work sites Coordinate orders and delivery schedules of all equipment needed for the project Communicate with subcontractors their overall responsibility for maintaining a clean, safe project site and holding them accountable Qualifications 2 or more years of experience as a field supervisor or similar role High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required Ability to work in-person during office hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; 10741 Endeavour Way, Seminole, FL 33777 Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent customer service skills Bilingual is a plus
