The PM will function primarily as support to the Director in both Office and Jobsite Settings, with opportunity for growth and development. The ideal candidate is resourceful, hardworking, professional, and motivated to grow inthe construction industry. In addition to project management responsibilities, this position will also support sales efforts, including meeting with customers, helping prepare proposals, following up on leads, and assisting in closing projects. QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in construction management. Minimum of 2 years of experience required. Prior sales experience, customer-facing experience, or experience helping close construction projects is required. Strong computer skills, familiarity with Google Docs, MS Office applications, PDF documents, Windows PC use, Cloud based file share, and Android Smart-Phone applications. Strong communication and writing skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse team. Prepare documents such as estimates, invoices, material purchase orders, warranty letters, etc. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Working knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting and cost control. Familiarity with Construction Safety Standards and OSHA Safety Requirements. Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment. Prior construction experience in stucco and exterior painting a plus. Fluent in Spanish is required.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Unquestionable integrity, detail oriented, enthusiastic and professional. Ability to organize and manage sub-contractors. Driven to learn and develop skills and knowledge in the Construction Industry. Valid Driver's license with a clear record. Ability to physically and safely traverse all jobsite terrain and obstacles. Climb stairs, ladders, scaffolds, proficient with fall protection devices. Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and 80 pounds occasionally. Endure exposure to weather extremes, heat, cold, rain, dust etc. Live within 35 minutes of the Sunrise office.
