Superintendent - High-End Residential Construction ???? Sarasota, Florida | Onsite ???? $85,000-$105,000 + Benefits Charles + Charles is partnering with a highly respected luxury residential builder to appoint an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of architecturally significant custom homes across Sarasota and Florida's Gulf Coast. This is an opportunity to join a long-established firm known for delivering complex waterfront estates in collaboration with nationally recognised architects and discerning private clients. The business has built an exceptional reputation for craftsmanship, quality, and long-term relationships throughout the luxury residential market. The Role We are seeking a field leader who takes pride in running organised, high-performing jobsites and delivering homes of outstanding quality. As Superintendent , you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day onsite execution of custom residential projects from ground-up construction through final completion.
