Full-Time About AAA Builders, LLC AAA Builders, LLC is a trusted and growing construction management company based in Tampa, Florida, specializing in commercial and residential construction projects. We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to support our project managers and superintendents throughout all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through project closeout. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team and drive the successful execution of commercial and residential construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between project management, field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and clients. The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for leading and coordinating pre-construction activities while assisting project managers and superintendents throughout the duration of each project. This position requires strong organizational skills, technical construction knowledge, and proficiency with industry-leading construction management software. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. ResponsibilitiesPre-Construction Lead and coordinate all pre-construction activities, including budgeting, estimating, bid solicitation, subcontractor procurement, scheduling, and project planning. Assist in preparing construction estimates and project budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to gather project information and documentation. Review plans, specifications, blueprints, and contract documents for completeness and constructability. Support permit applications, subcontractor qualification, and procurement processes. Project Coordination & Administration Assist project managers and superintendents throughout the duration of commercial and residential construction projects. Develop and maintain project schedules and track milestones to ensure timely project completion. Schedule subcontractors, inspections, material deliveries, and project meetings. Monitor project progress through site visits and coordination meetings, identifying and communicating potential issues or delays. Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Support contract administration activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and timelines. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records. Document Control Manage document control processes using Procore and Bluebeam. Track and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, permits, and project correspondence. Maintain accurate project files and ensure proper version control of drawings and project documents. Project Closeout Assist with punch list completion and project closeout documentation. Coordinate warranty documentation, as-built drawings, final inspections, and turnover packages. Support successful project completion and client handoff. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project coordination, project engineering, or construction management. Strong understanding of commercial and residential construction methods, workflows, and terminology. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and PlanSwift is required. Experience with project scheduling software and construction estimating tools is preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, schematics, and technical drawings. Strong knowledge of construction documentation, contract administration, and project controls. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams). Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Ability to work effectively with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and clients. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
