We are currently seeking experienced Superintendents to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have a solid background in construction supervision, with specific experience in high-end interior finish work. Superintendents at our company play a critical role in ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project management staff to maintain project schedule and budget. Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures. Provide leadership and guidance to on-site construction teams. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to address concerns and ensure project success.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a construction superintendent. Strong knowledge of high-end interior finish work. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. OSHA certification preferred.
