We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, maintaining safe job sites, and building strong relationships with contractors, developers, and trade partners. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Position Summary The Superintendent is responsible for managing all on-site construction activities related to shell construction projects, including foundations, block, framing, concrete, and structural components. This role requires strong leadership, scheduling, coordination, and problem-solving skills to successfully manage crews, subcontractors, inspections, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily field operations for shell construction projects Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field crews Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance Conduct quality control inspections to ensure workmanship meets plans and specifications Coordinate inspections with local municipalities and inspectors Review construction drawings, specifications, and scope of work Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, engineers, and subcontractors Track material deliveries and job site inventory Identify and resolve field issues proactively Maintain organized daily reports, progress updates, and job documentation Ensure projects remain on budget and minimize delays Qualifications 3+ years of superintendent experience in shell construction Strong knowledge of concrete, masonry, framing, and structural systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Experience managing multiple subcontractors and job schedules Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and job site compliance Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment Proficient with construction management software and Microsoft Office Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Experience in residential production building or commercial shell construction Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus OSHA 30 Certification preferred Strong relationships with local subcontractors and inspectors
