Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to support both client-facing and administrative aspects of residential construction projects from inception to completion. This is a key role within the company that involves working closely with high-end clients and interior designers as well as behind the scenes with our project managers, subcontractors and vendors to keep projects organized and running smoothly. Seamless information flow and accurate communication of project details will be a primary responsibility. Assisting in the ongoing coordination of each project's plans, permitting and inspection scheduling will also be part of the position. Daily responsibilities will also include some front side office management typical of a construction company. This position requires someone who is comfortable interacting with clients and designers, coordinating details for multiple construction projects while also assisting with the daily office administration of the company. Duties Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication, assist clients with material and finish selections as needed, including colors and design coordination. Source and obtain material pricing and product specifications for client selections. Coordinate client selections with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure accuracy and timely execution. Assist with the coordination and updating of design drawings during construction. Coordinate and assist with project permitting, including tracking approvals and scheduling inspections. Monitor and manage subcontractor compliance, including Certificates of Insurance, Notices to Owner, and Releases of Lien. Distribute for approval and track all vendor and subcontractor invoices through payment. Oversee daily office operations and administration to ensure efficiency and organization. Qualifications 2 years of administrative experience in residential construction. Strong communication skills with a professional, client-facing demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (tracking, budgets, basic formulas) Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple construction projects. Must be able to read and understand basic architectural drawings and dimensions. Working knowledge of construction documentation (invoices, change orders, permits, etc.) Experience managing subcontractor compliance (COIs, Notices to Owner, lien releases). Helpful to the Position Experience in high-end or custom residential construction Experience assisting with client selections and interior design coordination. Familiarity with permitting and inspections in South Florida Basic understanding of job costing or bookkeeping. Bonus Skills Experience with Quicken, Pro-source, Buildertrend or similar software. Experience supporting marketing or social media efforts Familiarity with the equestrian industry, properties or projects. Pay:
$72,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
