Job Description Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our growing team of construction professionals. The ideal Batia Construction Company (BCC) candidate will support BCC core values of Professionalism, Responsiveness and Christ-like Integrity.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation Maintain effective communication between owners, project mangers, and project personnel. Allocate resources for assigned projects Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction management or other related fields Familiarity with construction management software such as Red Team, ProCore etc. Strong leadership qualities Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to read and understand construction building documents as well as contracts and purchase orders.
