Job Description:
A well-established General Contractor is seeking a Lead Superintendent to oversee the ground-up construction of a large multifamily project in Orlando. This role will lead day-to-day field operations, manage subcontractors, maintain project schedule, enforce safety standards, and ensure the project is delivered to a high standard from sitework through final turnover Responsibilities Manage daily site operations and field coordination Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and onsite manpower Maintain project schedule and drive key construction milestone Coordinate inspections, deliveries, logistics, and material flow Ensure work is completed to plans, specifications, and quality standards Lead site safety meetings and enforce company safety procedures Communicate regularly with Project Managers, ownership, and trade partners Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget Requirements Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects Strong knowledge of sitework, structure, MEP coordination, interiors, and closeout Ability to manage large subcontractor teams and fast-paced project schedules Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Orlando/Central Florida experience preferred
