Job Description

A well-established Mechanical Company is looking to fill a HVAC Project Manager / Estimator position. Excellent benefits, competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional development. Qualifications:
5 + years experience HVAC estimating and or Project Management experience Experience in a variety of project @types up to $10 milion especially medical, military, schools & universities Must work well in a team environment Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel and Procore and Bluebeam Able to read blueprints and take offs Good Time management, Verbal and written communication skills are a must Research sites to find future work Prepare and manage communications with general contractors, owners, or construction managers for assigned projects Ensure job site employees maintain a safe work environment Attend and conduct meetings as required Comply with all company operating policies, procedures, and safety programs as established
