Position Overview We are looking for a Manpower Coordinator to help us keep our field operations organized and running efficiently. This role will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating electricians and helpers across multiple job sites, communicating daily with field supervisors, and adjusting manpower based on project needs. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where priorities can shift quickly. Key Responsibilities Schedule and assign electricians and helpers to active projects Communicate daily with superintendent and/or foremen and project managers to adjust manpower as needed Track employee attendance, availability, and job assignments Coordinate last-minute staffing needs and fill urgent gaps Maintain labor tracking (timesheets, spreadsheets, job allocations) Ensure workers meet basic safety and certification requirements before dispatch Support HR and recruitment with tasks as needed Qualifications 1-3 years of scheduling, dispatching, or construction-related experience preferred Electrical or construction industry experience is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (Excel, email, scheduling tools) Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance effective first day of the month following start date 401(k) with company matching after six months of employment Paid Time Off (PTO) based on accrual Paid holidays 100% employer-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance Life insurance (voluntary and employer-provided) Any questions, feel free to email:
