Job Description As an Assistant Superintendent, you will report directly to the Superintendent and Project Leadership, supporting on-site delivery of light industrial construction projects from start to finish. The Successful Applicant For the Assistant Superintendent role we are seeking: Experience on light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or similar projects Exposure to ground-up construction environments Strong understanding of site safety and quality standards Ability to work closely with Superintendents and project teams Clear communicator with subcontractors and internal stakeholders Organized, proactive, and eager to grow within field leadership Experience using construction scheduling or field management software is beneficial What's on Offer Salary:
