Construction Manager & Estimator Home Reimagined Atlanta Atlanta, GA Job Details Full-time $45,000 - $55,000 a year 10 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Referral program Qualifications General Contractor License Remodeling High school diploma or GED Business development Plumbing Construction team management Mentoring Residential building projects Construction Commercial building projects Local building codes Construction management Associate's degree Technical Proficiency Full Job Description The Vision Home Reimagined Atlanta is not your typical contracting firm. Founded by a West Point graduate and Duke MBA with a background at Google and Apple, we are building Atlanta's most trusted premium remodeling firm. We are the counterpoint to the lack of integrity in modern leadership. We operate with unwavering moral courage, putting people and relationships first. We are seeking an experienced Construction Operations Lead & Senior Estimator who is tired of the "easy wrong" and ready to join a veteran-led team committed to the "hard right." This is a ground-floor opportunity for a site lead or experienced construction professional to transition into a strategic leadership role. The Mission As the bridge between our Director of Construction and our high-end clientele, you will solve our most critical capacity challenges: converting leads into "no-surprises" estimates and ensuring our brand remains the "white-glove" standard of Atlanta. 1. Strategic Estimation & Lead Management Own the Thumbtack Lead ecosystem; respond with speed and professionalism to secure high-value walkthroughs. Conduct detailed site evaluations for residential and light commercial projects. Develop professional, line-item estimates that account for structural integrity, not just cosmetic finishes. 2. Operations & Site Leadership Support the Director of Construction in project planning and subcontractor coordination. Step in as a Site Lead when necessary to ensure our "flawless execution" standard is met on every project. Bridge the gap between technical site needs and the landlord/investor's business goals. 3. Business Development & Brand Advocacy Capture on-site content (photos/videos) to showcase our craftsmanship across social media. Identify opportunities for growth within the commercial and insurance restoration sectors. Represent Home Reimagined at site visits with an "Executive Presence" that reflects our premium brand.
Required Qualifications Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial construction.
Leadership:
Mandatory experience as a Site Lead or Project Manager . You must be able to command a site and mentor a crew.
Technical Proficiency:
Expert knowledge of local Atlanta building codes, material costs, and structural repair (specifically framing, plumbing, and moisture intrusion).
Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal skills. You must be able to explain complex technical issues to clients with "Southern Charm" and clarity. The "Home Reimagined"
Mindset:
A background in the military or high-stakes corporate environments is a major plus. You must possess the moral courage to tell a client (or the boss) when a repair needs to be done the "right way" rather than the "cheap way." Preferred Qualifications Active Georgia Residential/General Contractor License. Experience with AI-assisted estimation tools or CRM platforms. Existing network of reliable Atlanta-based subcontractors. Why Join Us?
Growth Path:
We are scaling aggressively toward a $1M revenue milestone by February 2027. You will be a key architect of that growth.
Culture:
We invest in people. You will work directly with a Managing Partner who has decades of experience in leadership development and real estate finance.
Integrity:
No "rob-Peter-to-pay-Paul" financing. No cutting corners. We do the work we are proud of. Note on
Schedule:
This is a salaried leadership position. We are a "results-only" environment, but the nature of premium construction means occasional work after hours or on weekends may be required to meet client needs or hit operational milestones.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Benefits:
