Your Impact:

Key Responsibilities Communication Excellence:

Provide timely and accurate updates to customers, project managers, and trade partners regarding job progress and task completion.

Scope Management:

Maintain a detailed understanding of the contracted repair scope, document changes thoroughly, and assist in ensuring projects meet expectations.

Job Site Quality:

Oversee job sites to ensure work aligns with scope and company quality standards.

Trade Partner Collaboration:

Partner with production management to cultivate and strengthen relationships with trade partners, ensuring quality control and timely invoice approval.

Business Systems Proficiency:

Develop and maintain proficiency in company business systems to streamline workflows and improve documentation. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year construction experience; construction management preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to understand and manage repair scopes and documentation. Comfort and confidence using various technology platforms and business systems.
