Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced project managers to support the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Assist project managers in coordinating and overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects. Assist in conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications. Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Manage RFI's, change orders, and submittals. Procore experience
Qualifications:
Previous experience or internship in construction, project management, or related field is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
