Lead Multifamily Superintendent Opportunity A highly respected and well-established commercial general contractor in the Atlanta area is seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to join their growing team. This company is known for its strong culture, long-term stability, and impressive project pipeline exceeding $2B in local work. About the
Role:
The Multifamily Superintendent will be responsible for leading large-scale multifamily construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence. This is a great opportunity to work on high-profile developments while remaining local to the Atlanta area.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects Manage subcontractors, vendors, and daily site operations Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulations Coordinate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders Conduct site meetings and provide progress updates
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction Proven track record managing large-scale projects Strong leadership and communication skills In-depth knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety standards Ability to read and interpret construction documents
