• $110,000/year depending on experience (Can be Jr to Sr level) The Opportunity Turnipseed Engineers is looking to bring in a construction manager to report to the director of construction.

The Construction Manager will project manage The opportunity is open to various levels of experience from someone with field inspection experience to a long career of civil construction management. About the Firm This is a well-established civil and environmental engineering firm with 45+ years of history delivering water and wastewater infrastructure across the Southeast. They work closely with small and mid-sized municipalities

• managing everything from treatment plants and pump stations to pipelines and funding applications.

The team is tight-knit, family-oriented, and serious about doing good work for the communities they serve. As their project backlog continues to grow, they're adding a Construction Manager to the Augusta office to support their VP of Construction and help keep projects moving from design through closeout. What You'll Be Doing Work directly alongside the VP of Construction to manage active water and wastewater construction projects Review shop drawings and submittals for compliance with design intent and project specifications Coordinate with engineers, contractors, municipalities, and field crews throughout the construction phase Support design tasks and contribute technical input during the transition from plans to field execution Track project schedules, RFIs, and deliverables to keep jobs on time and on budget Serve as a dependable day-to-day point of contact for contractors and clients during construction What We're Looking For 2-6 years of experience in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field

• water/wastewater background is a strong plus Familiarity with shop drawing review and construction submittal processes Comfortable with both field coordination and office-based design or documentation tasks Strong communicator who can work directly with municipal clients and contractors without hand-holding Detail-oriented and organized
