• Temporary Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Foreman/ Supervisor to lead construction projects with enthusiasm and precision.

This pivotal role involves overseeing daily construction activities, managing teams, and ensuring projects adhere to safety standards, budgets, and schedules. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and proficiency in construction management software. Duties Skills & Knowledge:

Ability to read blueprints/plans, understand concrete pressure, measure accurately, and install necessary bracing.

Technical Proficiency:

Knowledge of formwork materials (plywood, lumber, aluminum, steel), including panel systems.

Experience:

Generally, 3-5 years of construction experience is required, often gained through apprenticeships or labor roles.

Safety & Compliance:

Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations for concrete and masonry (e.g., proper shoring, rebar protection) and passing, and often, OSHA-10 or 30 training. Certification (Optional but Preferred): ACI Concrete Technician or specialized carpentry certifications. Qualifications Proven management experience in construction supervision with a strong background in heavy civil or commercial projects Extensive construction site experience with a solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and the ability to enforce safety protocols on-site Skilled in project scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and contract management Ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment Familiarity with using tools such as ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting is a plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to read technical plans and coordinate multiple stakeholders Join us as a Foreman/Supervisor to lead impactful projects that shape communities!
