Commercial Plumbing Division Manager

Lawson Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking a seasoned and driven industry professional to lead our Commercial Plumbing Division as the Commercial Plumbing Division Manager . Overview:

This role will lead and grow our Commercial Plumbing Division, with full responsibility for operations including project execution, team development, client relationships, and overall financial performance. We're looking for someone who is experienced in commercial new construction and confident in estimating, project management, and leading a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations of the Commercial Plumbing Division Oversee project execution including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and field teams Prepare and manage estimates, contracts, and project budgets Collaborate with architects and engineers to resolve design and construction issues Monitor project progress, profitability, and performance metrics Drive business development through client relationships and strategic project pursuits Implement and improve standard operating procedures to increase efficiency and consistency Ensure compliance with all codes, regulations, and safety standards Represent the company as needed at job sites, meetings, and industry events

Leadership & Team Development:

Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and field teams Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and salary reviews Support hiring, training, and workforce planning efforts Communicate clearly and consistently across departments Operational & Strategic Responsibilities Partner with the Executive Team on division strategy, planning, and budgeting Own and drive the financial performance of the division, including revenue, margin, and backlog Track labor, materials, and project performance to ensure targets are met Maintain oversight of inventory, fleet, and materials Lead monthly job progress and profitability meetings Stay current on industry trends and market conditions Collaborate effectively with other divisions to accomplish tasks, achieve goals, and best serve Lawson Air Conditioning & Plumbing customers Qualifications Active Georgia Nonrestricted Master Plumber's License (required) 10+ years of experience in commercial plumbing, with a focus on new construction (projects up to $4M) Strong technical understanding of plumbing codes and blueprint reading Proven experience in estimating, project management, and subcontractor coordination Demonstrated leadership of high-performing teams Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate difficult conversations professionally Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Procore and Microsoft Office experience preferred Valid driver's license Lawson Air Conditioning & Plumbing is an equal opportunity employer. Pay:

$110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
