Site Coordinator

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Coordinator to oversee daily operations at sites, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient project execution. Duties Coordinate daily job site activities and communicate with crews, subcontractors, and project managers Ensure all work follows safety standards (OSHA) and company policies Conduct site inspections and address safety or compliance issues Track project progress, report updates, and maintain basic records Help manage materials, equipment, and scheduling on-site Support crews working on water, sewer, and storm sewer projects Skills & Requirements Minimum 5 year experience with underground utilities (water, sewer, storm) Strong knowledge of job site safety and regulations Good communication and organizational skills Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation Ability to coordinate multiple teams while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced settings Join us as a Site Coordinator and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to building excellence!
