Job Description

Key Autism Services is growing and looking for an Operations Manager for our Center in Lawrenceville, GA! The Operations Manager will effectively manage incoming BT training and center schedule, maintain the center facility, keep supplies up to date and within local code, as well as additional tasks to include social media updates and special events. WORK SCHEDULE
Mon-Fri 8:00am - 4:00pm/10:00am - 6:00pm
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
All facilities maintenance and management related to the center. Coordinates behavior therapist hiring and onboarding Creates and maintains center schedule for behavior therapists/clients or in home region based on site specific need. Updates and maintains all supply orders for facility and client needs in alignment with budget. Manages general reception tasks relating to the front desk. Prepares weekly/monthly operational reports for Center Director on KPI's. General support on the floor for all staff within the center Develop and maintain employee and client retention initiatives on a regular cadence Support business development including building and maintaining community partnerships Facilitate and track center growth goals and initiatives Coordinates on all aspects of the client onboarding and new client experience (clinic tours, start date schedule, development and distribution of first day packets, etc.,) Oversees and maintains compliance with emergency action plan including routine drills and regulations
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Maintains day to day schedule changes due to cancellations, holidays, etc. to drive clinical recommendation of hours Responds to client and staff inquiries in a timely fashion. Interviewing and hiring of behavior therapists Coordinates new employee facility orientation Ensures all center policies and procedures are followed and maintained Assist with policy enforcement and disciplinary standards Provide support to RBT/BTs to promote job satisfaction & engagement. Research and initiate community partnerships Call and set up meetings for community outreach initiatives Coordination of vendor routine maintenance. Follow performance management of BTs in coordination with regional center director and/or HR, as needed Assist in creating goals to meet all KPI's for center in conjunction with leadership Communicate openly and directly with management regarding concerns or ideas. Participate in meetings as required by leadership team members Facility Maintain compliance with safety regulations for staff and clients Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the clinic Ensure and maintain emergency protocols. Coordinate maintenance & repairs with approved vendors Ensure clinic is sanitized regularly according to schedule with Extreme Clean cleaning company. Assist with opening and closing preparations. Stock rooms daily with necessary supplies Establish and maintain a safe, healthy learning environment Ensure all PHI is stored in compliance with HIPAA regulations and strictly viewed and handled only in a HIPAA compliant work environment Supply Manage and maintain inventory of supplies Tracks need for supplies and communicates with the Clinical Director (both for site and BCBA programming: including clinical, general, office, and PPE supplies). Additional Assist when assigned in Facebook Lives and lifestyle posts Coordinating special events for the clinic: birthdays, holidays, in accordance with set-forth budget Assist's clinicians with program material creation. Assist's with organizing and maintaining storage closets, cabinets, and drawers. Assists with sanitization of toys and materials. Responds to walkie talkie requests in from center staff in a timely manner. This position may demand responsibilities not outlined in this description to maintain the continued growth of the organization. These responsibilities may be assigned by the direct supervisors, Directors of other departments, or Organizational Leadership.
