Job Description
General Manager - Residential New Construction Plumbing South Side of Atlanta, GA We are a growing residential new construction plumbing company looking for a strong General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, support our field teams, and continue building the strong builder relationships our company is known for. This position is ideal for someone with leadership experience in residential plumbing or construction management who understands how to balance operations, customer service, scheduling, team accountability, and builder communication. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations for residential new construction plumbing projects Manage and support Superintendents, Service Technicians, and Installers Maintain strong relationships with builders, project managers, and vendors Ensure jobs are completed on schedule and up to company standards Coordinate manpower, scheduling, and workflow between field teams Help maintain the high level of customer service and responsiveness our builders expect Monitor quality control, safety, and jobsite performance Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members Work closely with ownership to improve processes and support company growth Qualifications Experience in residential new construction plumbing preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously Experience working directly with home builders and construction managers Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to lead teams while holding employees accountable Knowledge of plumbing systems, scheduling, and construction timelines What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Company vehicle Paid time off and holidays Opportunity to grow with an established and respected company Strong team environment with long-term builder relationships already in place If you are a motivated leader who takes pride in building teams, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering quality work, we would like to talk with you.
