The RoleLead preconstruction efforts across a range of facade and exterior envelope projectsOversee estimating activities, from takeoffs through final proposal submissionCollaborate closely with operations, leadership, and clients throughout the project lifecycleBuild, refine, and scale preconstruction processes and systemsSupport growth of the estimating team (with the potential to build out and manage a team)Leverage industry relationships to drive opportunities and win workWhat We're Looking ForBackground in exterior restoration or new constructionExperience in estimating and/or preconstruction leadershipAbility to operate at a high level while also being hands-on when neededStrong industry knowledge across one or more scopes such as:
EIFS / StuccoDrywallMetal panelsGlazing / curtain wallGeneral building envelope systemsProven ability to build relationships, win work, and "get things done"Experience managing or growing an estimating/preconstruction function is highly desirableIdeal BackgroundsCurrent Preconstruction Manager or Assistant Precon Manager with a GCSenior Estimator ready to step into leadershipEstimator from a specialty subcontractor with strong market relationshipsWhat's on OfferClear progression into (or immediate step into) a leadership roleStrong financial package with meaningful bonus upsideOpportunity to shape and grow a departmentFast-moving, entrepreneurial environmentFor exceptional candidates who bring a proven track record of leadership and revenue impact, compensation can exceed the stated range.
