As an Assistant Construction Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Manager and the construction team in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines. You will assist in coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and implementation of construction projects. Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables. Oversee project resources and ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members. Utilize project management software tools to monitor project progress and prepare reports. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.

Qualifications:

Minimum high school diploma or GED required. Ideally bilingual (English and Spanish preferred). Proven experience in construction management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Buildertrend). Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
