The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent project management skills. Responsibilities

• Manage and lead construction projects from conception to completion
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members effectively
• Review and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting Requirements A minimum of a High school diploma or GED is required.

PMP certification (preferred). 5 years' experience in Mech/Electrical project management and estimating experience. 5 years experience in Mechanical/Electrical construction work. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, etc.). Willingness to travel extensively (30-50%) to project sites (Mostly around the Warner Robins area). OSHA 30 (if you do not have a valid certification, we will make arrangements for you to obtain the required training). US Citizenship required Proven experience in managing construction projects

• Proficiency in construction management software such as HeavyBid, Primavera, Civil 3D, and Bluebeam
• Strong understanding of project scheduling and time management
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
