This role coordinates multiple crews and subcontractors across complex large-diameter sanitary sewer, water transmission, and stormwater projects. This pivotal position is accountable for site safety, production rates, quality control, and the development of internal field talent. Insurance & Benefits (Industry Leading) 100%

Fuel Card Job Duties Production & Planning:
Develop/manage the master schedule, coordinate daily resource allocation for multiple crews, and ensure production targets are met.
Pipe & Infrastructure Installation:
Ensure proper installation, bedding, and jointing across all material types - including DIP, CCFRPM, Steel, PVC, HDPE, and PCCP .
Specialty Operations:
Manage the field execution of complex tie-ins and non-standard installations ( aerial, subaqueous, and wetland crossings ) to meet demanding design and environmental permit requirements.
Safety Leadership:
Ensure company and OSHA compliance with a focus on deep trench excavation, shoring/shielding, and heavy equipment operating.
Financial Acumen:
Manage labor, equipment, and material budgets to protect project margins.
Talent Development:
Actively train and develop Pipe Foremen and lead crew members to further develop internal talent.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Direct supervisory and field leadership experience within pipeline, heavy civil, and large-diameter utility system construction.
Technical Expertise:
Comprehensive knowledge of gravity systems, deep trenching/excavation, pressure systems, and complex bypass pumping operations.
Plans & Drawings:
Strong understanding and proven expertise in reading and interpreting pipe and heavy civil plan/profile sheets, utility maps, and topographic surveys.
Preferred Certifications:
OSHA 30, Confined Space Entry, and Trenching/Excavation Competent Person.
Travel:
Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR) for travel between regional job sites.
Compliance:
Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical.
