Job Summary Our client is seeking a skilled Electrical Superintendent who acts as the field leader for the electrical scope—bridging project management and craft labor to drive execution and deliver successful project outcomes. Job Description Supervise and manage electrical crews, foremen, and subcontractors Plan and coordinate daily and long-term electrical work activities Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and project specifications Review drawings, schedules, and material requirements Coordinate with other trades, project managers, and stakeholders Monitor productivity, progress, and quality of installation Troubleshoot field issues and implement solutions Maintain project documentation, reports, and inspections Skills Required Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and installations Crew supervision and workforce management (electricians, foremen, subcontractors) Planning and scheduling (short-term and long-term work activities) Strong understanding of workplace safety practices and risk management Identifying and implementing effective solutions under pressure Clear communication with crews, project managers, and clients Documentation, reporting, and inspection records management Education/Training/Certifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Additional Requirements Must be able to pass drug screen & criminal background check Pay Rate/Salary $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
