Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead high-end residential, historic renovation, and boutique commercial projects from pre-construction through completion. The Construction Project Manager will manage scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and client communication, with a strong emphasis on historic home renovation, restoration, and preservation projects. This role is ideal for a Construction Project Manager with diverse experience across custom homes, renovations, and complex builds requiring attention to detail and craftsmanship.Salary:
$85,000 - $105,000 (based on experience) Bonus potential per project Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects, including custom homes, historic renovations, and restoration projects Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with budgets and timelines Coordinate subcontractors, specialty trades, vendors, inspections, and material procurement Monitor project costs, track budgets, and communicate variances or overages Oversee jobsite quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to plans and specifications Lead weekly client (OAC) meetings and provide consistent updates Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers, especially on historically sensitive projects Identify and manage change orders, particularly in renovation and restoration environments Maintain accurate documentation and daily logs in Buildertrend or similar systems Ensure all work meets Waters Building + Design quality and performance standards Client & Team Leadership Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle Proactively manage expectations, timelines, and project outcomes Build strong relationships with subcontractors, including those specializing in restoration and specialty trades Partner closely with the Director of Construction to ensure project success Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager , Residential Project Manager , or Custom Home Project Manager Strong experience with historic renovation, restoration, or preservation projects preferred Background in high-end residential construction, remodeling, or light commercial projects Experience with project management software (Buildertrend, Procore, or similar) Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software applicationsCompensation & Benefits Salary:
