Job Description We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent for local and traveling positions! We offer great benefits and opportunity for growth within the company. In this role, you will lead field operations on commercial and industrial electrical projects, overseeing crews, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Requirements
  • Lead, manage, and hold field teams accountable for safety, performance, and productivity across all phases of construction.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all jobsite activities; own and drive project schedule execution and implement recovery plans as needed.
  • Organize and manage manpower, materials, and equipment to meet production goals and maintain efficiency.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings to ensure accurate and high-quality installation.
  • Oversee electrical installations including power distribution, lighting, controls, and equipment connections/installation.
  • Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and company safety standards.
  • Monitor labor productivity, job costs, and material usage in coordination with Project Management to align with project budgets.
  • Identify project risks, resolve field issues, and maintain progress toward schedule and quality goals.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, inspectors, and team members; serve as the primary field point of contact.
  • Lead jobsite safety initiatives, conduct safety meetings, and enforce a zero-incident safety culture.
  • Mentor and develop foremen, journeymen, and apprentices to strengthen team performance and growth.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other trades to ensure efficient workflow and project success.
  • Maintain accurate job documentation including daily reports, manpower tracking, productivity tracking, and field issues. Qualifications
  • 7+ years of electrical construction experience with demonstrated leadership in field operations
  • Previous Superintendent or Foreman experience preferred
  • Strong background in commercial and/or industrial electrical construction
  • Strong knowledge of NEC, safety standards, and best electrical practices
  • Proven ability to manage crews, schedules, and large-scale projects
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and regulations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
