This role focuses on long-term planning, resource allocation, and the coordination of sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and water distribution systems. The Superintendent ensures that all utility installations align with the master project schedule, meet rigorous quality standards, and maintain strict profitability and safety benchmarks.

Responsibilities:

Internal Crew Management:

Directly manage and lead internal crews across all aspects of the project lifecycle.

Full Scope Project Oversight:

Be responsible for the entire project, including logistics, scheduling, material procurement, and communications with the owner.

Financial Management:

Possess experience in managing project financials, which is a key indicator of internal crew management experience.

Safety and Quality:

Ensure all work is performed safely and meets the highest quality standards.

Working hours:

8:00 AM - 5:00

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Superintendent, specifically managing internal crews on construction projects. Experience in the pipeline and/or trenchless construction sectors is strongly preferred.
