$45,000+ and Bonus potential Overview SelecSource is seeking an experienced and motivated On-Site Manager with a strong background in recruiting, staffing operations, and performance management within the food manufacturing industry. This role is responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations, managing workforce performance, building strong client relationships, and ensuring successful staffing support for our client facility in Lyons, GA. Essential Responsibilities Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates Maintain a strong pipeline of available and qualified employees Fill client job orders efficiently while maintaining quality standards Build and maintain professional relationships with client leadership Manage daily on-site operations and associate performance Conduct attendance tracking, coaching, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives Attend client meetings regarding production, planning, and staffing needs Produce daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client expectations Additional Responsibilities Coordinate recruiting efforts through job boards, community outreach, job fairs, and networking Administer orientations, background checks, and drug screenings Process weekly payroll and maintain accurate employee records in ATS software Conduct quality assurance checks and performance evaluations Assist with workers compensation procedures and incident reporting Partner with internal leadership and HR teams to support operational goals Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs Qualifications Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, or workforce management required Food manufacturing or logistics experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems Demonstrated ability to build strong client and employee relationships College degree preferred but not required Why Join SelecSource?
