In this pivotal role, you will oversee project schedules, manage resources, and ensure that all aspects of construction are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with design specifications. Your expertise will drive project success, foster collaboration among teams, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to ensure timely project delivery. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and workflow throughout all phases of construction. Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and contractual obligations. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify scope of work and identify potential issues early in the process. Utilize construction estimating tools like HeavyBid to prepare accurate cost projections and manage budgets effectively. Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and progress reports. Lead project meetings to track progress, address challenges proactively, and keep all stakeholders aligned on project milestones. Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and environmental standards while maintaining a safe work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site management with a strong background in civil or heavy civil projects. Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, or similar tools. Solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract documentation. Hands-on experience with project scheduling and project management methodologies. Familiarity with construction estimating processes and cost control techniques using HeavyBid or equivalent software. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills for coordinating teams, clients, and vendors seamlessly.
