This individual will oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while collaborating with owners, architects, consultants, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and takes pride in delivering high-quality projects that positively impact local communities. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from award through completion. Oversee project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, billings, and closeout packages. Lead owner-architect-contractor meetings and facilitate overall project coordination. Review, update, and maintain CPM schedules to ensure key milestones and deadlines are achieved. Serve as the primary liaison between field teams, design professionals, owners, and other project stakeholders. Monitor project budgets, track costs, and support financial reporting to help ensure projects remain on budget. Collaborate with superintendents and field teams to proactively identify and resolve project challenges. Support preconstruction and estimating efforts, including bid package preparation and scope reviews. Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement throughout all project phases. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems in a dynamic environment. Commitment to delivering high-quality work with a strong focus on safety. Experience with project management, scheduling, and document control software is preferred.
