Employer-paid basic medical insurance Competitive pay based on experience Medical, dental, and vision plans Paid holidays and paid time off Support for your training and career development Supportive and team-focused workplace culture Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations at Dowsett Point Coordinate maintenance work, repairs, and improvement projects Address tenant or client inquiries in a timely and professional manner Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational standards Foster a positive and welcoming environment for residents and staff Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service partners Assist with budget oversight and monitor site-related expenses Ensure property rules, policies, and procedures are consistently followed Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation Complete weekly reports and participate in Board meetings when required Basic Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Five or more years of residential property management experience Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a large building Experience soliciting bids from contractors and preparing them for the Board Basic computer proficiency Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings Must successfully complete a background check Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Ten or more years of residential property management experience Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills College coursework in business administration, accounting, hospitality, or property management is a plus Familiarity with building systems such plumbing and electrical systems Experience with housekeeping coordination, administrative duties, security-related operations, and overseeing projects on the property.
