Job Description

Job Overview The construction superintendent will lead and manage the on-site construction team and oversee all work on site. The construction superintendent will be responsible for job site organization, orderliness and ensure compliance with safety regulations. You will ensure construction quality standards are met and all equipment and materials are available on-site, as needed. You will liaise with inspection authorities regarding approvals. Responsibilities Lead and manage on-site construction team. Coordinate and oversee all work on site. Attend all Red Zone, Partnering, and Quality Control meetings. Ensure adherence to the schedule and budget. Schedule multiple subcontractors to work efficiently and harmoniously together. Ensure all work meets contract quality standards. Responsible for materials and equipment to be on site. Monitor and ensuring on-site safety compliance, organization, and orderliness. Maintain records for site personnel such as daily field reports, field orders, and RFIs. Liaise with inspection authorities regarding approvals. Fluent in the English language. Able to obtain Federal Base access and Security Clearances. Valid driver's license. Other duties as required by President Qualifications 10+ years' experience in construction with at least 5+ years-experience as a construction superintendent. Familiar with
EM 385-1-1
Safety trained in Hazard Identification and safety compliance Proficient with MS Outlook, Office Word and Excel. Proficient in critical path scheduling and ability to interpret and build according to construction drawings, specifications, and other documents. Engineering background is helpful but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift 40 pounds and to operate heavy equipment. Outstanding organizational skills.
