RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervises a crew of installers, including hiring, terminating, evaluations and disciplinary action. Schedules jobs daily and prepares daily load sheets. Supervises loading procedures ensuring that installers have proper materials, equipment and safety gear. Visits job sites and reviews work in progress in terms of productivity and safety standards. Uses daily load sheets and incoming materials to keep accurate inventory control. Reviews WIP and plans future projects, ensuring that materials are available. Conducts safety meetings on a regular basis, and reviews equipment for maintaining safety standards. Up to 50% travel to local job sites Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Five years' experience installing within the Commercial Roofing trade, and one year of supervisory or project manage experience. Experience in the Commercial Construction field strongly desired. OSHA 30 certificate desirable Requires good verbal and written communications skills and a professional manner in dealing with customers and employees. Regular attendance is required. Valid HI driver's license with good driving record.
