  • Full-time Job Summary General Contractor seeking experienced project superintendent.
Able to manage multiple small projects, coordinate scheduling of subcontractors, self-perform work, consultants, inspectors and vendors. Monitor work, maintain daily logs, site records, ensure quality control, maintain and update schedules.
Basic knowledge of software programs:
MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, and Box. Able to read and interpret plans and specs. Public works / County of Maui experience preferred. OSHA 30 required (or obtained within 30 days of hire). Salary based on experience and qualifications.
Pay:
$80,000.00
