job summary: Our client is looking for a Construction Site Quality Manager with industrial construction experience and Mechanical/Civil Inspection experience. The position requires a thorough understanding of all aspects of construction, its phases, processes, management, and leadership.
This position pays per diem 7 days/week and mob/de-mob.

Cedar Rapids, Iowa job type: Contract salary: $58 - 66 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: High School responsibilities: Control and the distribution of all the company's quality documentationMonitor all quality related activities on the projectPerform daily inspections of the work being performed onsite.
Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company's managementVerify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirementsMonitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.
Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements, when required.
Review and provide comments on all quality related correspondence with the contractor's representatives.
Monitor statistical method reporting.
Review all turnover documentation upon the completion of the project.
Participate in all quality related activities with the designated representatives.
Attend monthly, weekly and daily meetings and provide perspective on all quality related subjects when needed. The essential functions of this role include:working up to 10 hrs of overtime per weekworking weekends qualifications: Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 5 years of experienceEducation:
