Project Superintendent -
Lead Heavy Commercial & Industrial Electrical Builds Job Overview:

$46 to $53 per hour plus Per Diem Opportunities.
Location:
Iowa (Travel Required).
Job/Employment Type:

The Opportunity:
You will serve as a high-level field leader, driving the execution of mission-critical heavy commercial and industrial electrical projects. This role empowers you to manage large-scale operations for a national Class A contractor that values precision and professional integrity. You will have the autonomy to direct complex builds while mentoring the next generation of skilled electrical professionals. How You Will Make an
Impact:
Lead and enforce all jobsite safety initiatives to maintain a culture of total safety accountability. Coordinate daily field operations and manpower forecasting to ensure maximum labor productivity. Direct project schedules in collaboration with General Contractors to meet strict project timelines. Supervise subcontractors and field personnel to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship. Manage project resources including tools, equipment, and materials to ensure budget efficiency. Oversee the accurate documentation of daily reports and change orders for project transparency. Evaluate project progress through regular site walks and quality inspections to prevent delays.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in heavy commercial or industrial electrical construction. Proven experience working directly with General Contractors on large-scale field operations. Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, installations, and site logistics. Demonstrated ability to lead crews and manage complex project schedules. Absolute willingness to travel for project assignments as required by the business.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Specific experience managing electrical builds for data centers or semiconductor facilities. Current OSHA safety certification. Advanced knowledge of manpower forecasting and small project pricing.
