Full Job Description Project Manager Job Overview:
Faciliteq is looking for a Construction Project Manager with the ability to travel for projects across our companies region as needed. The Project Manager will serve as the main contact for customers and internal team members for project execution. They will be focused on delivering complex projects. Operations team along with maintaining accountability with vendors and customers. For complex projects, they will work in tandem with the Account Manager as an on-site contact managing the installation of the project. This position reports to the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
Maintain strong relationships with industry partners. Fully understand and able to communicate product and how it is installed. Manage client expectations. Maintain a detailed schedule for all ongoing projects, communicating on calls with project partners. Manage and communicate warranty and service requests. Be available and presentable on customer sites. Build relationships with the Operations Team and be their voice within the company. Manage the assigned Operations Team on site for project installation. Develop product knowledge and document successes and areas in need of improvement. Oversee safety compliance on site.
Qualifications:
Project Manager certifications and/or 3+ years of installation experience with relevant product. Must be proficient with a computer. Construction experience preferred. Must be a team player with effective communication. Must have the ability to travel for extended periods of time.
