The Punch Foreman will be responsible for managing punch list activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality standards are met, and delivering completed units on schedule. This role requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and knowledge of multi-family residential construction. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute punch list completion for apartment, condominium, and other multi-family projects. Conduct unit walks and identify deficiencies requiring correction. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors performing punch work. Verify that completed work meets project specifications, quality standards, and building code requirements. Track punch list progress and maintain accurate documentation. Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and ownership representatives during project closeout. Ensure completed units are ready for inspections, turnover, and occupancy. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Assist with warranty and post-construction service items as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a Punch Foreman, Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, or similar construction leadership role. Experience with multi-family residential construction strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of construction trades, finishes, and quality standards. Ability to read plans and specifications. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with PROCORE and mobile punch list applications is a plus. Reliable transportation.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
