QCM/SSHO
to join one of our clients on a project in Boise, ID. This is a contract to hire role paying $40/hr. This candidate must be open to travel, the initial project is in Boise and scheduled for about 8 weeks. After that project is complete, this candidate may be asked to assist in other states. 1. Position Overview Position Title CQC System Manager / Site Safety & Health Officer (Dual-Role
QCM/SSHO
) Project AHU-2 Replacement, Building 85, Boise VA Medical Center. Reports To Project Superintendent (onsite) / Senior Project Official (corporate). Dual-Role Authority Requires prior written approval from Contracting Officer AND Contracting Officer's Representative Restriction. This combined role may NOT also serve as Project Superintendent Site Presence Full-time physical presence at the construction site during all periods of work Reference Specs Section 01 45 00 - Quality Control; Section 01 35 26 - Safety Requirements 2. Purpose of the Position This is a dual-role position combining full responsibility for the Contractor's Quality Control (CQC) system and Site Safety & Health program. The individual serves simultaneously as the CQC System Manager - the Contractor's senior quality authority - and as the Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO), responsible for the Accident Prevention Plan and all site safety activities. Both roles are full-time obligations. The individual must demonstrate the ability to perform all duties of both roles concurrently and must hold all required credentials for each.
