This role offers the opportunity to oversee many phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent project coordination skills, and ability to elevate to Operation Manager. Duties Work the project from takeoff to complete. Submittals, logistics and overall project coordination. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and project flow. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure clarity and compliance with specifications. Occasionally oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is performed efficiently. Utilize construction estimating tools such as Planswift to prepare accurate takeoffs for bids. Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and any other pertinent documents. Facilitate project meetings for progress updates, and coordination among team members. Ensure all work complies with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards while maintaining excellent client relationships. Experience Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in heavy civil or commercial projects. Extensive site experience in construction environments with a solid understanding of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Strong knowledge of contracts, project scheduling techniques, and construction estimating processes. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Effective communication skills for coordinating teams, negotiating contracts, and presenting project updates clearly.
