COMMERCIAL PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

Commercial Project Superintendent Job Description The Superintendent is our on-site representative on the jobsite and in the field for the Clients and the company as well as architects, and consultants. You are the pipeline for all sub-contractors, suppliers etc. from start to finish of a project. There will be times you may have to perform some trade tasks Oversee all day-to-day aspects of construction project Assist in scheduling Implementation of Job site safety Allocate resources for assigned projects Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients Maintain high standards of quality that adhere to plans and specifications. Oversee all day to day aspects of construction project Assist in scheduling Implementation of Job site safety Allocate resources for assigned projects Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans and specifications Must be willing to put on tool bags when needed to get the project done Posses the abilities to multitask Great communication, writing, documentation Superior people skills Be willing to think outside the box and have a problem solving/solution based mindset

Construction Project Superintendent Commercial Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction 3 years' min Excellent communications skills verbal and written. Familiarity with Outlook, Excel, Word Microsoft Project as well Construction Management Software Strong leadership qualities Deadline and detail-oriented
