Avalon is seeking a results-driven professional responsible for both pre-construction estimating and full project management. Combines cost analysis expertise with hands-on project execution to ensure accurate budgeting, efficient scheduling, and successful delivery from bid through closeout. Strong attention to detail and a proactive work style are essential. Starting Pay Range $75-95K annually +
Profit Sharing and Comprehensive Benefits Package Key Responsibilities & Strengths:
Prepare detailed cost estimates, takeoffs, and bid proposals based on drawings, specs, and site conditions Analyze labor, materials, subcontractor pricing, and project risks to develop competitive, profitable bids Manage awarded projects from kickoff to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination Serve as primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Monitor project costs vs. estimates and implement corrective actions to maintain margins Negotiate contracts, change orders, and vendor agreements Track progress, ensure quality control, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards Deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining strong client relationships Health, Dental & Vision insurance Flexible spending account Life insurance 401(k) and 401(k) matching Paid time off Company vehicle Offered compensation: $75,000/yr - $95,000/yr Experience and License Requirements Cost Estimation Project Management
