Job Description

Osprey Exterior Renovations LLC is looking for a full time construction office manager. We are a year round construction company that specializes in commercial roofing and exterior cladding, and maintains a strong presence in the local residential construction market. We are located in Moscow, Idaho, and work throughout Northern Idaho and Eastern Washington. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Osprey Exterior Renovation's administrative processes.
These processes include:
  • Commercial job costing and analysis. We expect all aspects of our commercial jobs to be tracked with precision, from labor hours to material shipping cost, for regular and accurate job cost reports.
  • Managing the company's bookkeeping to include tracking accounts receivable and accounts payable, reconciling commercial accounts, and maintaining an accurate company ledger.
  • Creating, updating, and tracking a holistic company schedule to include billing, upcoming and ongoing projects, and critical administrative deadlines such as tax filings, license renewals, etc.
  • Interacting with commercial developers, project managers, administrators, and fellow contractors to ensure Osprey Exteriors maintains a healthy, professional relationship with its partners.
  • Providing general administrative support for company operations as needed.
Qualified applicants are experienced commercial construction office managers. They understand and are capable of overseeing all commercial job costing and the commercial bidding processes. They are competent bookkeepers and are experts in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes. They navigate relationships with general contractors, project managers, and suppliers with ease and professionalism. This is not an entry level position.
A qualified candidate has:
  • 3-5 years experience as a commercial construction office manager
  • 3-5 years experience in commercial job costing
  • 3-5 years managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Strong knowledge of the administrative processes of the commercial construction industry
  • Good communication skills, both with industry partners and customers
  • Experience operating in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Quickbooks, and Smartsheets
  • Ability to create, maintain, and track a detailed schedule
  • Construction project management experience is a plus Pay $25.00
