Your Role as Assistant Superintendent As the Assistant Superintendent, you'll be a vital part of our construction team, collaborating closely with the Project Superintendent to ensure the flawless execution of multifamily construction projects. Your role will involve on-site coordination, managing field staff, interpreting plans, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:

Work alongside the Project Superintendent and contractors to resolve construction challenges.Plan Interpretation:
Accurately interpret plans and guide subcontractors to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.Subcontractor Oversight:
Oversee subcontractors, conduct investigations, and maintain a safe, organized job site.Team Cohesion:
Foster a cohesive workforce through strong leadership and effective communication.Our Ideal Candidate:
Education:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field of study. An equivalent level of education and experience will be considered.Experience:
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of progressive experience in construction site management. Associate's degree and 6 years of progressive experience in construction site management. GED and 8 years of progressive experience in construction site managementSkills:
Advanced knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost accounting.Attributes:
Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills; Procore experience is a plus.Compensation and Benefits:
