Job Description

Senior HVAC Project Manager Greater Chicago Area A highly respected Midwest mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee complex commercial and industrial construction projects throughout the Chicagoland market.
Responsibilities:
Manage HVAC and mechanical construction projects up to $5M+ Serve as primary point of contact for owners, contractors, and project stakeholders Oversee project financials, forecasting, scheduling, subcontractors, and change orders Identify value engineering and prefabrication opportunities Lead project teams and mentor junior staff Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
Qualifications:
7+ years of mechanical construction project management experience Background working for a mechanical contractor Strong HVAC, piping, and plumbing project experience Experience managing project budgets and schedules OSHA 30 preferred Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred Why Consider This Opportunity?
